im about to fucking kill myself.
im trying to paint in photoshop and every time i try to build up color/shade by laying down soft strokes a fucking DARK ASS full opacity stright line appears every few seconds and i have to go undo it in the history 40 fucking times a minute. its so distracting and fucking annoying. Im not sure if its my tablet or my photoshop. anyone know what the fuck is causing this shit, i cant work like this

Shit happens to me too sometimes unplugging/relugging the tablet helps but I have no clue why it happens.
Happened to me with my Wacom Cintiq 12WX. The solution? It's now in a storage unit a couple miles away and it will never see the light of day again. Sorry for your loss, OP.
If you're leaning on the shift key while using the brush tool, it'll create a straight full pressure stroke.

Could be your driver, was an issue with Wacoms drivers about 2 patches ago.
