In the past people have uploaded the wrong link but I was able to track them down on social media and find what they had meant to post and update it for them. Since I made it so that you can no longer submit duplicate links that hasn't happened.
This is the first time that I've seen where someone has tried to get around it by rehosting the image and I'm assuming the crop was to make it so you can't reverse image search it, I guess? Although I don't know why they would leave the "Day 15" in the bottom right corner.
