Draw during slow times at work. If you have 5 minutes waiting for your lunch order, whip out a small notebook and do 5 gesture drawings of people standing by you. Waiting for the bus? Do a quick sketch of the stop sign in perspective from where you're sitting.
If you don't have time, you find pockets of it. Make a habit of it. If you're a beginner, fuck what other people think of your art. You're taking the steps to better yourself.

Tablet is Medium wacom that I just bought from a Finnish electronics store. But I actually only use half of it for drawing since I have a dual
monitor setup.
