It appeals to the lowest common denominator and really says nothing of substance that people don't already know. But because he does it in a pseudo-artistic way (albeit without much creativity or technical ability) people look at it and share it all over their facebooks saying stuff like "too true" and "omg so deep".
Also people flock to it because it's practically porn without being porn so they can pretend they like the "edgy" subject matter that "isn't afraid".
But his art will always be popular because tweens and social media idiots always think they are so clever for seeing the "deep message" and it makes them feel like they have big ol' brains.
TL;DR: His art is trash and Quiles is a faggot.
