The article in your image specifically mentions leotards and sexual poses. Photos of nude children and children in swimsuits are not inherently sexual. The context of how you are collecting it matters as well. If you have a harddrive full of hardcore cp and a dozen of nudist photos, it is fair to assume you have the nudist photos for sexual reasons aswell. If it's clear that you have photos of nude girls for artistic reasons (be it for drawing or artistic nudes of children) it does not count as cp. Atleast that's how the law works in Sweden.

I remembered my dad taking nude pics of me when I was young(no it's not lewd just bath pics like all Asian parents take) thanks to you and found it so I can give you some tips:
The body structure of a prepubescent girl is EXACTLY the SAME as a boy of the same growth/height. Minus the dong. I just compared my brother's bath pics to make this assumption. The age thing is not necessary. My brother's body structure at age 11 is similar to my body structure at age 8. Kids grow at a different pace so don't count on age. I know a girl who was 12 but has the same physique as when I was 8 but had a way deeper voice than mine. Age says nothing.
Another tip is from when I was young I was always baffled when i read manga is the anatomy of how people fail when it comes to children. With my autistic memory I'll try to tell what I know:
the hips, even prepubescent girls don't have those LARGE HIPS. These develop near the END.(like only after 14-15) Boobs come before hips. Thanks to the convo I heard from the changing room when my classmates mocked another girl who didn't have visible hips back when I was 13.

Kids these days are unhealthy. Especially if they don't do any sports or the sort, which they don't. Their legs look like freaking sticks. You will only notice legs with weight (curves) if they have a minimum of fat. The average kids' legs are now barely the same width as their arms. I started to notice it after my mom claimed that my brother was underweight so I started to check and memorise like an autism every kid I encounter's proportions. You don't need to see them naked to do this. It's the pants. The pants give out the shapes as they wear tight pants/leggings a lot.
Don't do the head at the same size as an adult's. The heads have to be smaller. Some proportions are similar like hand=face. But it depends for the limbs proportions. You can have a kid with 1.5 times long legs than their arms but there might be one of the same age whose legs are only 1.2 times their arms.
- The younger the age, the more chubby the joints will look. THIS IS NORMAL. Also why most girls/boys look like stickman figures at age 9-12.
tl;dr: Do more kids observational studies. Increase your visual library naturally. It you don't there's also these shady Japanese Russian child models websites who are creepily dressed in leotards.

But there's a much more important distinction: girls behave very girlish since an early age (as well as a few uber faggot boys). If you're interested in drawing girls you'll need to observe the femenine mannerisms from girls, much more than the detailed physiology
