That's some heavy stylization, kinda like 90's animes.
Her body reminds me of Masami Obari's style (Fatal Fury), while her face has a little of Sadamoto's style (Evangelion).
Considering these aspects, I would say the anatomy still has some flaws, not because of the exageration, but the fundamentals.
In the full body image, she has a weird neck position, also her shoulder doesn't seem to connect well with her body in a convincing way. Balloon tits may be your thing, but I don't think it works here.
In the close up, I think her clavicle looks misplaced.

Hand looks pretty small and spindly, and breast starts a little too far to the side, would be better following the pectoral lines more like the other two. The most off-putting is probably the cross hatching, which is way too rough and pronounced. Try to be more subtle with it, or don't use it at all. If you are shading with colors, you don't really need it.

The artists who post here aren't anything special. Why would any expert bother posting on /ic/? There are only beginners and lower end intermediates here. Saying "do more studies" or "practice more git gud" is redundant because it literally applies to every artist who posts here. That should go without saying.

This is literally false. Experts don't need to bother doing what beginners and low end intermediates do. They are already good, masters even. No one who posts here is even close to that level. The people here are still on that path and have a long way to go. They haven't made it. Experts have. So you're full of shit.

It is, I'm just including the low end intermediates and not just picking on the beginners. No one here's a master and there are a plethora of porn artists who never post here who are closer to that status than everyone here. You can't name a single poster here who's even remotely close. Everyone here has a lot to learn and should keep going back and grinding the basics. Now shut up and draw.

I need some serious bashing regarding this pic. How can I improve the coloring/shading? I know I am bad at this on many levels so any kind of advice would be awesome.

Try to put some variation in their skin tones please. The brown is meh, but the yellow skin hurts my eyes. Try to put variation in between the people as well
