The rendering is nice but the color isn't very dynamic, and the texture of the hair is all flowing one direction so it looks pretty flat, especially in the back where it's not indicating the curved turn to wrap around her skull. I don't know, for me it's really uncanny valley and if I'm honest, the colors look color picked, and whether they were or not that's not a good thing imo.

To the OP keep drawing, in case of doubt study nature. About the face think terms of planes then add the tones and details. (Loomis has a diagram in two of this books about the planes of the face, study them).

well, if you cuestion me, why the eyes looks like see in the diferent direction? the answer is, the real photo reference i used have this ilumination, and if you can't see, that photo have 2 iluminations, in the left have a very smooth and lower ilumination, in the right have a high ilumination.

even in the photo iris is not the perfect circle, it's oval, unlike your drawing, that's why she looks in one direction. also, eyelid should cover it more, even stylized drawings that are not trying to make their characters insane or crazy have it overlap about a half.
