First figure out how well they need to be able to move. Then draw inspiration from rl. And stop putting small girls in full plate. It's far too heavy and quickly becomes smelly. Unless it magic because then who fucking cares. Obviously not the target demographic of magical girl loli shit.
"good" can mean a lot of things, some armors look good but impractical, some look practical but are awful aesthetically.
