En primer lugar, toma los colores que ocupa kron como referencia.
Tienes que comenzar con un color base, después poner un tomo mas oscuro en los lugares donde kron pinta sombra que son debajo de la nariz, en los pómulos, ojos, etc. Te lo deje marcado en la imagen con circulos rojos.
Luego simplemente comienzas a difuminar hasta que empiece a tomar forma.
Finalmente, le pintas luz a los pómulos, la punta de la nariz, la frente y cualquier lugar que pueda reflejarla y listo , tendras algo que podría parecerse un poco a lo que hace kron xd

Ocupé PS muchos años y prefiero a SAI para pintar y hacer lineas. Es generalmente un programa mejor, mas ligero y mas limpio. Ocupo photoshop para hacer efectos eso si, puedo hacer que un dibujo pase decente a genial solo con unos filtros locos. Photoshop es bueno para eso.

Todo depende de ti! aunque el efecto de imagen que ocupa Kron es posible de hacer con photoshop. Pero eso es una vez que el dibujo esta terminado.
