I think it depends on the artist and what theyre drawing. I mean if your just drawing porn for the sake of porn and nothing else then i dont see why you would have to wank to it. But like if your drawing a fetish you like then i think its reasonable to pop a stiffy at least, unless of course your artist instinct is just too powerful to let you see anything past all your mistakes. I personally find myself jacking off with one hand and a pencil in the other hand to fix any mistakes i see. It just really depends on what kind of detachment you have with your own work i guess.
