the problem with /ic/ nowadays is that its full of flaming retards never posting work, acting like they know better.
please take into consideration people's feelings, try living by the golden rule. Serious people will stop posting here, because under the guise of "good critique" you just harass the person verbally, making points on his life and taste rather than the drawing itself.

First critique then is to never make excuses. You can watch people like Firez make excuses for things on here, they use it as a justification to ignore critique and feedback, and so they improve at a much slower rate than they could.
If you ever find yourself posting a piece with something like

etc, etc, then take a break, realize that any problems with the piece were caused by your own hand, and then try again. Keep at it anon, and try use the draw thread or if it's anime/stylized then use the alt art one.
