By looking at reference and studying it. If you knew it looked wrong then you clearly knew you didn't have the know how to wing it. You just didn't bother to double check with reference. Her neck is thin, and head is too high as well. Hand is tiny and the other is hiding. Boobs don't seem to be following the form of the ribcage at all, their forms should be draped over it, not hanging in space like the one on our right feels like it is.
Also I love hips too but you have to have curves in moderation. Shoulders are out, in for the ribcage a bit, in for the waist considerably, out for the hips however much you want, and then in a bit for the legs too. The side on our right is ok, but the leg on our left looks a little dislocated.
Basically use reference, and focus on proportions as much as you have on forms. Plus draw a few pages of hands, observation and imagination. Keep at it anon.
