I make a living by freelancing but it's pretty tough. Especially right now because I have to take care of my grandma, who can do absolutely nothing on her own. I hardly sleep nowadays.

I'm sorry anon. I'm in a similar situation so I know how hard it is to be 24/7 care for someone. People always say "oh that's so easy you just make them food and help them around the house - what an cushy job!"
Those people don't truly know how hard it is until they have to do it themselves, and once they've done it they will usually pay someone else to do it shortly after.
