Photobasher that at least knows to change certain things to make a drawing more readable. Other than that he probably can't draw for shit, but that's just my speculation.
He can render a form from reference, however, his methods, what he knows and what he teaches just teaches people to be human xerox machines. And in my opinion there is limited value in that especially if you want to do concept art or paint something that doesn't exist.

My tip for you, sycra, is to just play around and not think too hard or second guess yourself. Literally, just do it. Ur studies are good but you lack confidence in your OC, which is why it seems u never progressed in 10 years. Just do it lad.
