firez that hand is huge and her cheek is deformed. The eye lashes have different curvature as well and the eyebrows dont reach the same way.
Love you still <3
trying some stuff differently than what i normally do
Lazy day today.
Why do you draw, /ic/? What is your goal?
>>2321335
It's getting cold, isn't it?

Is Kim Jung gi autistic? Is that the only way to be as good as him?
>>2355640
>It's so farfetched to believe that someone who practices countless hours every day can master something!
He's not as autistic as this thread.
was he artistic?
how many hours a day for steady improvement should I draw and paint?
I'd like to achieve pic related level but I'm still a beginner
>I'd like to achieve pic related level but I'm still a beginner
No shit, really? Wow, I thought only mileage'd artists asked stupid questions!
>>2360444
wow, why so bitter? I just asked a question
>>2360449
Me too, and there is another one: So what?
Please post every art community/forum you know better than /ic/. Not posting websites like artstation/da, communities, more like conceptart.org
I'll list the ones I know.
conceptart.org/forum
crimsondaggers
permanoobs
wetcanvas
mattepainters
Sure post all the good ones so the shitbags that wallow on this site can migrate to your 'holy grails' and shit up those as well.
>>2359445
Generally 4chan shitposters don't act like asshats once they've got a name associated with them.
>>2359451
yeah i agree. 4chan has this curse that decent people feel like they have to act like assbags.
btw i made this thread to only get the name of the forum i found here, then forgot. it had a decent population, not very crowded. it's name had something like "medal, medallian, champion, badge" or something in it.
does anyone know that forum?
hey
I love working NOT on the computer (exclusively, anyway)
examples of successful/notable contemporary artists who aren't /entirely/ digital?
or discuss about it?
personally i just love the feeling of pen on paper, marker on paper, etc. even if I have to go fix it or make it better digitally I don't ever want to let go of that beauty.
pic is from Bryan O'Malley's tumblr
>>2358834
>I love working NOT on the computer
I wish you had worded that better so you didn't seem like an attention hungry asshole
nb
>>2358837
sorry i was being an asshole hungry for attention
ok i realize i'm making it sound like one is better than the other. that's not what i want.
it seems like there's so many opportunities for digital artists and none for people who like to work with pen/marker/etc. I don't know where to find likeminded people or a support group. I would like to find people who are likeminded or learn about opportunities that I can work with others on pen and paper.
how should i word it better?
>>2358841
Different anon
1st off, as long as it was a geinuine grammatical mistake, this guy>>2358837 is just being a dick. IF you did do it on purpose, well, you made your peace there.
2ndly, if your wanting to become a commerical artist, it could be more difficult. Im not a commerical artist myself, so take this with a pound of salt, but i would think that as long as your making quality work at a good pace, and you scan it into your computer at a good quality, it shouldn't...

Wow, so inspiring. Let me get right back to producing uninspiring, banal works so I can one day have a shot at entering a vapid, soulless industry as another cog.

Just woke up; going to have some fun today. Whether I learn anything or not, at least I'll have drawn a lot.

Still a long way to go, probably not going to make it; I suck and I have a cold-but let's keep going. These ambiguous scribbles won't draw themselves.

You are supposed to study by yourself nobody needs to know what you're studying we're not your instructor.
Anyone already is teaching kids or teens? I'm planning to do it it my town, at home, only investing to print self designed posters for marketing.
I'm not extraordinary, but still, might be better than the rest alternatives in education at my country, except some ateliers located on the capitals for rich budgets.
I'm to the point bad artists thinks that I'm so pro and gud and want to be like me, meh.
Should we give little faggots the early gud opportunities to /ic/ redpills for cheap that we didn't had?
If you have any tips...

From what my famous friends tell me, it would be nice if you have a sizeable amount of local following first before you take that to consideration. Being somewhat "good" doesn't mean shit if no one really knows you locally.
now post your work, fgt.
Hey guys, this is my sculpt progress of Poro from LoL.
Dota > Chill, QOP is in my to do list.
Thoughts are critiques welcome.
Also, post your works /ic/

What do you think of the video?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4_oGlDP5AA
the figure shouldn't be clipped by the frame
you need a better animation loop
mannequin's too basic, stands out from the environment (which itself looks nice)
it's good the light is soft, but it might be a tad too dim
I'm doing some stencil art, and would love to make a piece of a bad-ass Bert and Ernie. However, I suck at drawing, i mostly use pics fron the web which i manipulate in illustrator and photoshop.
Can anyone please make a "Bad ass Bert & Ernie" sketch for me to continue working on? :)
ohh can't wait for it.
>>2359157
Trace over it in photoshop
Learn to draw, asswipe
hello, please could i have some feedback on this? i know im not very good but i'm just looking for some compositional help. why does it look so boring and what can i do to make it look finished?
>>2359088
not an feedback. but i must ask. what pen did you use? it seems waterproof.
>>2359090
i used nib pen and waterproof drawing ink
so you're right
how did you know?
>>2359092
well, I know little about traditional coloring but your coloring looked like watercolored. aaaaand i guessed it right.
kinda sad about the fact that's nib pen. I was hoping to know waterproof felt pen. anyway thanks for the info.
Serious discussion of PORNING as an art career thread:
todays topic -> how to live with the constant fear of paypal putting you out of work?
>>2357337
What specifically is it you are afraid paypal could do?
>>2357339
paypal doesnt allow its use for r-18 material, if they find out they instantly freeze your account.
Easy fix is not using paypal.
>>2357343
this, also you have to use a fake email in order to use the biz-account anonymity setting.
according to the new TOS any attempts to 'disguise' your real persona will lead to your account being frozen or suspended.
it feels like paypal is a ticking time bomb really. but there doesn't seem to be an alternative. essentially if paypal now cancelled my accounts, my fucking life would fall apart. it's becoming increasingly stressful to live like this.
