This is my first drawing in 5 years. Work in progress. What do you think so far? Is there any talent or should I stop?

Pros:

Lets see your flaws:
Hair doesn't curve, instead they glued together go straight down, also, I think a lot of your hair are missing.
You don't outline your hands, even that they're not important, that may be vital for your skill. Don't draw the fingers, just hide it behind the skirt, or cover it with some knuckles.
Shading doesn't go above the layer, and instead looks like smudge paint cover in the picture.
Breasts don't look like that. I'm no feminist but that doesn't look right that way.

If I say that you can go on, you can, but you need to try. Practice things such as layer orders, shading and outlining. You may have potential, but keeping it from growing end up not growing at all.

Good luck with that! I'm still learning, but I got the hang of it. I mastered drawing in one and a half year, just don't give up on what you love the most.
Practicing drawing isn't just what you need to master, but the software itself. I used photoshop too but what hinders me from drawing is the software to use more easy, and that makes me turned off. If you get used to mastering shortcuts such as keyboard shortcuts, brush size, and opacity, toolbar layering, brush strokes, layer effects, gradients, etc. there are more, then you can draw what you like.
That makes me a cunt to say this but.. can I show my work to you? just an example.

Please feel free to show me your work. I'm interested. I'm already pretty good in using Photoshop, I just have to practice the "drawing" side of the software. I'm a UI designer btw. I noticed that you can't be a good UI designer without being a good drawer.. thats why I'm practicing again.

There's no such thing as talent boy, talented artists are just people that either started early or have a better developed sense of instrumentality for shape and color.
The most important thing, did you use a human photograph model or another 2-dimensional picture as your pose/anatomy reference? That's what makes or breaks your edge in drawing humanoids.
