Hair doesn't curve, instead they glued together go straight down, also, I think a lot of your hair are missing.
You don't outline your hands, even that they're not important, that may be vital for your skill. Don't draw the fingers, just hide it behind the skirt, or cover it with some knuckles.

Good luck with that! I'm still learning, but I got the hang of it. I mastered drawing in one and a half year, just don't give up on what you love the most.
Practicing drawing isn't just what you need to master, but the software itself. I used photoshop too but what hinders me from drawing is the software to use more easy, and that makes me turned off. If you get used to mastering shortcuts such as keyboard shortcuts, brush size, and opacity, toolbar layering, brush strokes, layer effects, gradients,...
