If you take some saw palmetto and pygeum, drink lots of water, it can get to be alot of precum. However, I cant say id recommend doing it for an entirely too long of a period, as saw palmetto blocks some stuff that produces testorone, and estrogen (and the like) will start to take over.

:P Theres been two posts so far that explain exactly how - give it try.
The main ones are Pygeum and Saw Palmetto.
Careful with the zinc though - honestly, I would say just take like a mens "one-a-day" multivitamin for the zinc part - and.. ya know, other vitamins are good too.
With the pygeum and palmetto, when you have to pee... you HAVE to pee lol. It is mainly used to help shrink enlarged prostates, however, the side effect is that it is easier for the body to push out precum as such. Not only that, but you need (and really should) drink (safely) alot of water.
I've tried the approach with the prostate, but to be honest, I have gotten better results just getting really horny, watch porn or really think about sexy stuff. Just relax completely, but still try to achieve that feeling that your boner could get "just a bit bigger". Then clench your butt (or, if you have control, just the gooch area), then continue that flex until your member flexes too. Try to do this in "reps". One rep should take about five or 10 seconds, depending on how much time you want between flexing. Just remember, the way to achieve best results I have found is to constantly make sure your boner is trying to get harder.
You could just flex your junk with out focusing on your prostate (gooch) area, but for best results, take the time to at least explore right above your anus if you haven't.

I wanted to clarify what I meant by "...feeling that your boner could get "just a bit bigger". Dont actually flex it, just keep getting hornier, stay relaxed, but try to make it "fuller" to the point that your junk feels like it could smash down a brick wall. Thats probably close and horny enough to get a decent precum flow. Also, alternating between that hard, and then going a little soft, kinda helps stuff move around I think.
