here is the thing: porn shoots are set up for a certain date and time. porn stars often cancel at the last minute due to personal issues/drug abuse/jealous boyfriends/missing their plane/failing their blood test. when this happens somebody else has to be brought in to do the scene since the equipment and location and camera operators and everything have already been scheduled and paid for. it is often very difficult to find a replacement who meets your specific criteria (race) and every company i have worked for has specifically stated in their contracts that they reserve the right to select the models for the scene. only very well known (and highly paid) performers even have the opportunity to say "i would like to work with this other porn performer because they turn me on" and even then it is only a suggestion that a director might take into account because they want the scene to be hot, but it costs more to do this and they are trying to make money, not spend it. also, just because you found one black guy who turned you on once, doesn't mean that all black guys are going to turn you on. a director wants a performer who can perform under any circumstances with any partner. they don't want a picky, demanding 'diva' who is going to whine and complain and fail to perform when the situation changes.
