Childbirth doesn't feel good, but we still do it.
When you feel good after doing something is because is normally healthy for your body, and when humanity evolved it evolved so we would do things that are healthy and these thing would become satisfactory for us, so we would do them more, that's why you feel good after eating or doing sports.
The other things that make you feel good are the ones that make sure you reproduce.
As you see, everything is evolution.

Basicly if someone had genes that made him reproduce more that person would be more like to try to reproduce, so those genes would spread.
If someone had genes that made him do healthy things, he had more probabilities of surviving and reproducing.

Because for how our bodies work, it's imposible not to hurt, so instead you just have a bunch of hormones that make sure you want to reproduce no matter how much it hurts(just notice how billions of women have more than one children).
When you have children, no matter you are the father or the mother you are going to suffer somehow and you know it, but your hormones say "fuck off I want to have children" and you do it anyway.
