The Nazis "turned the economy around" by printing and borrowing loads of money and then declaring war about a year before they were going to go bankrupt.

I think it's fair to say that none of these sources are particularly reliable. Liu is probably the most reliable simply due to the dearth of information surrounding him and difficulty finding information about him. Brown has gotten a fair amount of criticism for her work, although I would wager that Web of Debt was never intended to be an academic book and instead is intended for a lay public. The other two are quite frankly ludicrous, with connections to extreme-right groups (Emry) and just plain tinfoil-hat theories (Markow).
Part of reading something that sources information is to analyze not only the work itself but also the sources, as the accuracy of those directly affects the accuracy of the thing you're reading.
When you think about why Germans put the Jews in camps, it is pretty easy to understand.
The NSDAP put the jews in camps for the same reason USA put the Japanese in camps in WW2, Jews were (rightfully) considered the enemies of Germany. German people hated them for what they did to their country, and the NSDAP additionally did not want the Jews sabotaging German efforts, especially as the war started.
Jews backstabbed the German people in WW1 because Britain made a deal with the Rothschilds to establish a home for the Jewish people in Palestine (Israel) in return for the Zionists helping them win the war(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balfour_Declaration). Next, the Jews tried to capitalize off the chaos after the war with a communist revolution in 1918 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Revolution_of_1918%E2%80%9319), Jews were 9 out of 10 of the leaders of the revolution. The Jews also owned the bank of Germany and caused the hyperinflation by printing money. In 1933, Jews declared a boycott on all German goods(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Nazi_boycott_of_1933)
Jews were not innocent in the events around WWII.

Doing your own research on these matters is the best way for you to get an actual understanding of them, and you will know it was not just an opinion I forced on you.
Good luck on your search for the truth behind history. This is only the first step. Finding one truth can lead you onto quite a lot more, and when you examine it all, the story we have all been taught for our entire lives falls apart quickly.
