Ok nobody EVER said there were no foreign soldiers in the Heer/Waffen SS. Claiming differently is plain stupid.

Nobody ever said that the Nazis wanted to kill every other race. Plans for Slaws were to enslave not to exterminate them. The Muslims (just like in WWI) were supposed to be Allies against France and Britain. No (halfway) successful military operation was conducted purely on ideological grounds. Hitler was a pragmatist in many regard, not a madman (until 1944/1945). But those soldiers were never in command. There were considered Hilfssoldaten (auxiliary troops?). I mean even the confederates uses black soldiers. Simply put foreign nationalities serving in Nazi service was a propaganda boost to the Nazi reigime, portaying it as foreign nationals leaving their homes to fight for a great just cause, it's why the Germans too tried and failed to recruit a large British Legion from their prisoners of war (only reached 27 at its greatest extent) and sent propaganda broadcasts to Britain and the USA using British and American broadcasters, rather than Germans fluent in English. The whole racially tolerate Nazi regime stuff is Stormfront and /pol/ fantasy.

Germany aligned itself with the Free Indian Legion to topple the English control of India, and the Legion did fight in a few battles alongside German troops.
Germany kept close ties with Iran, with Hitler repeatedly sending letters to the Shah (pic related), and Germany being the source of over 50% of foreign trade in the county. Obviously it was eventually of strategic importance to possibly open a southern front against the Soviets, at which point the Allies took over, right before the Tehran Conference, giving the Shah the option to exile all German nationals, which he declined to do, resulting in his forced abdication.
The Germans treated Iran as equals, respecting their sovereignty, and were India not in British hands, I'd assume it'd be more of the same.
