Germany only hope of winning the war was to do it within a year or two. Every day it dragged on the likelihood of their winning became slimmer.
The German military at the time was a logistical nightmare, basically just a giant money burning pile. Many things were over-engineered and too expensive to produce long-term (their air-force is a joke in this regard), and they were no properly prepared for the environments they found themselves in.
This is before you add in the blundering high command under the short-sighted and moronic Hitler himself.

Except this is a meme. Their air force basically consisted of cheap, 1930s designs gradually improved to stay competitive. Same with their AFVs. Their most iconic infantry weapon, MG42, was designed with mass production and cost in mind.

They would have had more support in Eastern Europe in the long run. Most Slavs were fervently anti-communist/Russian, so they could have turned that into more of an advantage than it historically was (with Ukrainian and Russian auxiliary troops being an actual thing). Turns out that treating your new subjects with contempt and regarding them as subhumans quickly erodes your support with the local populace.
So I'd say they'd have had a better chance, but not by that much. However, even if they would have lost the doctrines of fascism and national-socialism would've been more socially acceptable in today's society without the genocidal stain.
