Yeah, all these things. Kagame is good for Rwanda, and cares almost exclusively for Rwanda. He's especially obsessed with security so has no trouble fucking over the neighbours for Rwanda's benefit. Someone brought up how he is extending his term limits. I was just there and people don't care much because the country noticibly improves every year due to his leadership. Not saying it's right to violate your own Constitution, but it's a testament to his leadership if he can extend his reign without loss of stability. IF...
