Majority of jews Hitler killed were orthodoxes living relatively modest life in towns and cities. I'd even argue that the financial or intellectual elite was never a target, Hitler got angry at the poor orthodox jews, gypsies and slavs when he was a bum and that was his kind of revenge or purge.

He accepted German financial elites doing the same thing Jewish financial elites did and accepted freemason as minister of finance. He never straight-up arrested them either when he still got the chance either. Does it seriously sound like he hated jewish financial elites so much?

Hitler disliked the bottomdwellers of German/Austrio-Hungarian(he lived in German part of it though) society though, which he got to know from the time when he was homeless.
