He didn't build it, he renovated it thoroughly. He did a lot more than renovating actually, and now the Turkish government made it a museum, a fucking museum. When Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han conquered the land of Constantine, and made the church a mosque, he demanded it to stay a mosque.
