A lot of eastern euros collaborated with the Nazis - I think the highest percentage of any Jews killed happened in the Baltic. A lot of ethnicities within the SU took any chance they could to fight it, like the Ukrainians.

Load of shit. BCh was affiliated to pre-war PSL (agrarian party). They were pro land reform but definitely anti-communist. And they didn't work with the commie AL but merged with the AK which represented the London government.
People often forget that someone resisting the Nazi occupation doesn't mean that they weren't anti-Semitic or at the very least, willing to go along with anti-Semitic laws for their own security or safety. There are countless people who survived that noted the people in their town gave no resistance to the laws against Jews, to confiscations of property, to beatings, and finally deportation and/or killing.

You know that in Poland, aiding the Jews and disobeying the Germans was punished with death for the whole family? People in most cases were shit scared. A Jew hiding Jew could take it as antisemitism, even though the actual cause was different.
Besides, there were cases where Polish peasants denounce Jews for completely different reasons. They were starving because the Germans took away the bulk of their crops. Hiding Jews were starving too, so during nights they were breaking into peasants' pantries and storages. It was a fight for resources that were too scarce to be enough for everyone.

Property, both movable and unmovable was usually taken over by the Germans. When the front came, Polish cities were usually bombed into oblivion, leaving little to be scavenged for the Poles.

Poland was pretty much a lawless place after the war, dangerous for everyone, not only Jews. If you quote Tomasz Gross' book entitled "Fear", then know that Gross committed a horrible crime for a historian: he narrowed down his narrative to Jews only, creating false picture that only Jews were targeted by the brutalization and criminalization of life.
