Not OP but normally what happens is a relatively well off black family moves into a good white neighborhood, the whites freak out and run for their lives, property value plummets, hood niggers move in, and decent black families move out

Perhaps in the 70s but what is called "white flight" in modern political speak is when the state tries to put low-income house near well-off suburbs. Even the black middle-class is against moves like that cause it will bring up crime in their neighborhoods.

Hell if I know, I've been to more than a few communities where the races get along pretty OK
I've noticed that the rich and poor tend to actively segregate themselves, but the middle class generally has a "live-and-let-live" attitude towards one another

However, rich folks are more exclusive in that they hate the poor of their own races too
