Their story is pretty interesting. Started out as a small horseback tribe in north west Anatolia and ended up becoming one of the most dominant Eurasian states in history. An absolute powerhouse until Lepanto, Vienna and the period when western states realised they could map out their own trade routes instead of relying on the Turks for trade. A very interesting story, both the rise and the fall.
