>Muslims are so butthurt about Christianity they had to make their own version of Red Cross
Why is this allowed?

Why would muslims have red cross, when cross is a christian symbol, when they can just use red crescent?
>>
Whatever that keeps them from going Allahu Akbar.
>>
>>853900
Then how come other non-Christian nations like Japan or China also use the Red Cross?
>>
>>853754
Also they copied the crescent from the Byzantines
>>
>>853754

Having a cross is probably considered idolatry because it is a religious symbol.

International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is the name of the organization. The Red Crescent isn't the 'muslim version' its just the organization's name in Islamic countries.
>>853918
They're actually shifting to using what they call the "Third Protocol Emblem" as much as possible now.
>>
>>853921
And they copied it from the mesopotamians
>>
>>853971
and they copied it from some backwards tribe without a name.
nobody holds a copyright on basic symbols

I've never seen the Japanese organisation use anything other than the red cross. In fact they started using the red cross symbol even before the international organisation started operating there.

Where have you seen them use the red crystal?

I'm not sure about the mainland Chinese but the cross is definitely still used in Hong Kong at least.

Where are you getting this information anyway?

Its the symbol of mesopotamian moon god Sin. Some sources say that Mohammad was a Sabian before he became the prophet of Islam and he probably imported a lot of rituals and symbols from that religion. The Sabian religion was influenced by the ancient Sumer and Babylon religions so thats how the moon symbol found its way into Islam. Byzantine Empire probably wasn't involved in this process.

Do you also use a crescent for summation?

I am genuinely wondering, because muslims are actually that retarded.

>The word kike was born on Ellis Island when there were Jewish migrants who were also illiterate (or could not use Latin alphabet letters). When asked to sign the entry-forms with the customary "X," the Jewish immigrants would refuse, because they associated an X with the cross of Christianity. Instead, they drew a circle as the signature on the entry-forms. The Yiddish word for "circle" is kikel (pronounced ky-kul), and for "little circle," kikeleh (pronounced ky-kul-uh). Before long the immigration inspectors were calling anyone who signed with an "O" in place of an "X" a kikel or kikeleh or kikee or, finally and succinctly, kike.

It would seem that semites in general are retarded.

Hold on there little friend.

Red Crescent (Kızıl Ay or Red Moon), is indeed very similar to the organisition of Red Cross however it is government controlled health organisition founded in XVII. Centuary Ottoman Empire. Though muslim it wasn't made by or for muslims but Ottomans who were multinational. Reason it is preserved today is because of their valued service during Turkish War for Independence (Indepedence War or War of the First Bullet). Red Cresent remains as a political yet humanitarian group today.
>>
>>853754
Christians didn't give a shit about Muslims at first in that matter so it's a normal thing to happen.
>>
>>854045
The crescent moon was never a symbol of Islam until the Ottoman Empire, though.
>>
>>854550
and its still not a symbol of islam.... no muslims consider the moon holy in any way
>>
>>853754
But the crescent only became a symbol of Islam after Islam became synonymous with the Turks
>>
>>856136
Well the moon does play an important role in Islam because it's based on a lunar calendar. So as a symbol, it is somewhat relevant.

Although up until the Seljuks, all the large Muslim caliphates just used solid color banners (black, white, green).
