A funny thing to think about but it'd just never happen. They'd have to travel extremely far on land through lands that don't belong to them. They'd be extremely fatigued before they even got there and even if they weren't, I don't think they'd have the numbers at all.

They would probably face the same shit as the Romans (supplies,long away from reinforcements etc.) Yeah they could get to The Roman Frontiers in South West Asia, but they wouldn't be able have enough strength to do TOO much to Rome as a whole. If China invaded Rome, China'd lose. There simply was just too much of a distance between them, at different points they separated by at least one country either would have to conquer first, and it would end in just too few resources over too long a distance.
Rome even getting to China would be close to impossible. Getting through Russia before winter would be nearly impossible, going through central Asia, they would be harassed by Steppe Tribes, and through the Middle East and India, they would be attacking by many hostiles and have their supply lines constantly cut off
