I could see the german high command wanting to keep the western leaders as puppets while hitler would want retribution, it would probably cause an internal power struggle and likely lead to a cold war style scenario happening after hitler's eventual death.
A treaty would be made with the UK and the USA. France would end up divided in a similar manner that Germany was divided.
Russia would be a nuclear wasteland.

The only way for Germany to have won would have been to buddy up with the west against the Soviet union, then we likely would have seen a Nuremberg for Russia followed shortly by the collapse of the unsustainable "thousand year reich".

Dunkirk halt order was the German high command's idea and had been prepared over a week before the execution. It was a planned pause to allow the Panzer corps to regroup and resupply.

No its not. With clever leadership and a better portion of luck and better decision making at least a partial victory was possible. Lets say they beat the SU and (okay this is meme magic already i admit that) pull of to capture the british isles. There are two equally likely scenarios:
1. Show trials soviet style lead by Freisler. They would use it as propaganda material and you can bet your ass that nuremburg would have been the more fair trial than what the nazis would do.
2. They simply vanish to concentration camps. Happened to the leader of austria and other people. Maybe they don´t feel the need for propaganda condemning an already beaten enemy or don´t see the need to publicly put them on trial, naziism after all wasn´t as populist as the soviet system because there was a stronger ( blind) trust into superiors.

Wrong, because not all victories are equal.
Say the Germans defeat the USSR, occupying most of it, and then come to a negotiated peace with the Western Allies after being nuked a couple of times but still holding that Fortress Atlantic together.
That's a win for Germany, right? Fulfillment of all major policy goals, access to the big steppe? How they'll treat the Soviet leaders is going to be way different from how they'll treat British and American leaders.
How they win is part and parcel of how they'll treat allied leaders.
