You want to know how Plato and Aristotle and etc. are relevant to Hegel? He has a lecture course on the history of philosophy-just read that.
2) A MEGA of various intros, philosophical dictionaries, lectures, and shit, pretty accessible. Start with "The Ladder of Desire", if you must, and then follow up with the Rosen book. If you have to start with anything, read the biography.
