Out of Rivera, Codreanu, Mosley, and Degrelle were any of them credible leaders with decent policies, or were they all just carbon copies or Hitler or Mussolini that wouldn't translate to their own nations.

Codranu was based. In terms of style that is, don't really care about politics.

Rivera too was very stylish. He should've been an actor. He has the Al Pachino vibe without the weak chin and being a manlet.

I can speak about Codreanu.

All of the four were manifestations of currents of counter-revolutionary thought in their respective countries.

But added to that, for Culianu for example, the main aspect of his ideology were:

1) Ultra-orthodox Legionary Military Dictatorship
2) Ultra-nationalist, self-interesed policy making (in contrast to Russia's influence over Romania)
3) Counter-crisis to the chaotic stage of romanian politics in the 1930s: King Carol the 2nd was a complete bastard nutjob - and because of The Romanian Monarchy's late Absolutism - the Iron Guard arose.

So that's a short recap. As you can see, there were objective reasons from "Hitler-wannabeism" in Romania for something like Codreanu to arise to power.

That may be valid more or less for other countries as well from that period.

Fascism is one hell of a misunderstood phenomenon I see.

Codreanu* not Culianu, sry.

Codreanu and Rivera were based as fuck. Mosley was a improved version of Mussolini, don't know much about Degrelle.

Mosley looks like a comedian and Degrelle looks like an insecure faggot collaborator.

Hitler would be third most stylish imho, more stylish than Mussolini even. Albeit the war took a heavy toll on hitler, he was 20 years older by the end of it.

Mosley was completely credible, and would have easily gained further popular support if he had not made the mistake of labeling himself and his movement fascist, allowing it to become dominated by National Socialists and fifth columnists destroying their little remaining reputation after their public classes with the communist parties and mass organised opposition to them in the East of London - in actuality one of the BUFs strongholds.

Mosley was a charismatic figure with ministerial experience who found the three established parties too orthodox unwilling to make radical change in the wake of an economic crisis being an early supporter and ally of Keynes, accepting many of the tenets of Mussolini's fascist doctrine, but instead supporting continued free elections, though under an electoral system based on employment, rather than geography, whilst also rejecting Hitler's racial theories, and arguing against involvement in foreign conflicts, going as far to even support Multilateral disarmament if it was supported. And before his break from the established Labour party had support from all across the political spectrum including men like Bevan the architect of the National Health Service, and constantly summed up in quotes like:

"Mosley is the only man I have ever known who could have been the leader of either the Conservative or Labour party...he might have been a very great Prime Minister"

Even look at this publication from 1936 on Mosley's policies:
