Think about it that way : Nap was nothing. He was some Corsican immigrant, literal autist, surrounded by people who mocked him, with a wife who cucked him, and his greatest military achievement was shooting down a mob of rioters in Paris.
That's what he was when he got promoted to general of the "Army" of Italy. An army of hungry soldiers, wearing rags, and not having enough cartidges for their muskets.
He won. He kept winning. He kept building his legend. He took power in France. He crowned himself Emperor. He led the greatest Empire of Europe.

Bees, pertaining to symbolism, mean industry. Bees are industrious creatures, devoting their whole lives to the industry that they were born into. This is why bees or beehives are taken to mean industry.
If you look at the flag of Utah, you will see that the Mormons put a big beehive on it. For them, it has dual purpose. Industry is its stated purpose, in line with the accepted symbolism of bees. But the Mormons believe that the ancient American Israelites carried bees with them, and their word for bees was "deseret". Connecting to industriousness, they tried to name the country they wanted Deseret, but lost that fight because of its connection to their wacko religion. The state was called Utah, but the Mormons put the beehive on it to say to those who know the Book of Mormon that Utah is Deseret.
Not really related to Napoleon, but its interesting, nonetheless.
