The Roman Empire would have fell much earlier and to a different opponent. First off, remember that the fall of the WRE was not chiefly due to barbarians, but to a large number of factors. Some like economic issues and lack of men won't happen thanks to Germanics not existing while some like civil wars and incompotent rulers will still persist.
Ultimately I attribute the death blow of the empire to the lost of North Africa which was the Romans most richest province and thus their main economic backer. North Africa was lost to the Visigoths thanks to Bonifacius' idiotic rivalry with Aetius in which he used the Visigoths against him (and lost anyways). The Visigoths then eventually decided to settle in North Africa taking it away from Roman control. The Visigoths are, of course, a sect of the Goths who are Germanic thus, will cease to not exist according to your scenario meaning the Romans will keep North Africa.
The main issue now comes in the form of the Huns. Since Germanics don't exist, Rome feel and wave of immigration of the varies barbarian tribes who fled from the Huns. It all comes down to the Romans vs the Huns. The Huns will largely do the same damage to the Romans and they would have with Germanics, but perhaps to a lesser extent. Shitty emperors ruling was still a decisive factor to Rome collapsing. Anyways, now comes Chalons were Attila makes his march through Gaul. It was here that Aetius stopped Attila, BUT, only by allying with Theodoric the Great, leader of the Visigoths. The Visigoths provided much of the men in that battle so they would have lost. Though that lost wouldn't have mattered anyways. The ravaging that Attila would have done to Italy would have been bad no doubt but he still dies meaning the Hunnic Empire collapses.

So the WRE is still intact. battered up and still overstretched but still okay. Keeping North Africa is a vital thing for the Romans. So now we seep into the middle ages. There is no Ostrogothic Kingdom or Lombard Kingdom. They were Germanic. Most importantly; no Frankish Empire. But something else will also bother the Romans. The Slavic migrations. Although I wouldn't count it on Slavs to beat the Romans, especially with at least a century of peace to recover, they will still be detrimental to the WRE. By this point the Byzantines who all this time were thoroughly exhausted from their wars with Muslims couldn't not help the WRE on what is to come. With rise of the Umayyads they quickly conquer North Africa. The WRE loses North Africa thus become economically crippled. The Slavs aren't making it easy for them either and with the Umayyads pushing upwards to Spain and France means the Romans have to content with them. Ultimately the WRE is fighting a two front war between the expanding Umayyads in the South-West and Slavs to the East. The Roman Empire finally collapses and with it breeds a fundamentally different Europe; one ruled by Arabs and Slavs.
West-East schism would have not been possible. Islam is the dominant religion in Europe and the Slavs could become islamic as well. No reformation because to Martin Luther and other Germans. Byzantines would have collapsed due to Arab might in Europe and perhaps pushed the Slavs back east as well. No WW! or 2. And the Islamic Caliphate of Europe would be united against the Mongols and Turks in which they would have lost leading to a Turko-Mongolic dominated Europe.

Actually, there's something amiss on what you said. If the WRE was still intact by that time, then that means that Byzantium wouldn't bother reconquering former Roman lands to the West and wasting money and manpower, thus meaning that the Byzantine-Sassanid wars might've been less brutal on the Byzantine side. Therefore, the Arabs might face more resistance, although due to the Egyptian and Levant persecutions the outcome might be the same.
