I remember having a conversation with my third grade teacher about how far away Japan is from China.
Also Australia looks weird. I never remember it having a dimple.

Google maps is a mercator projection, but the geographical inaccuracies are mainly up north involving Greenland and Russia and shit. East Asia and North Aussieland are fine.

nah its right. Japan's actually not super close to China, which is why whenever Japan looks to the mainland, they go to Korea first, because its convenient land route into Asia if you can control it
