Proletarian praxes as an unfolding of the potential telos of the class makes pretty good sense if you aim to abolish capital, have an awareness of wage labour production, and if you analyse wage labour production through the value form. Usually you only need two out of three for Marx's quite humble teleological claims to make sense.

Remember that the other options than socialism are barbarism (ie: a collapse into a lower order of labour productivity), or a steady state of capital. And few people support steady state analyses.

>All this bullshit, all those assumptions, so few pieces of hard data to back up any of it, and all this love of a guy who spent half his life in libraries writing books about factories
You realize that you're presupposing that 'aiming' to eliminate capital is a rational attitude, right? I have an awareness of wage labor and its relations to other modes of production, as Marxists understand them to work. I find Marxist ethics absolutely repulsive and i dont understand how 'proletarian praxis' could possibly be used to justify a purely theoretical claim like 'history is going to end when one class exists.' I think free markets are better than command economies, and you'll have to do something other than whine about the theft of surplus value if you want to convince me that Marxist teleology is anything but a way to justify the contradictions of a political philosophy that aims to dominate the bodies and minds of every person on the planet.

>The last Sui emperor, Sui Yang To (A.D. 581-618), took the throne after murdering his father and older brother. He had a queen, two deputy queens, 6 royal consorts, 72 concubines and 3,000 palace maidens but even that wasn't enough to satisfy him sexually. He had a particular thing for teenage virgins and reportedly used a "virgin wheelchair" to capture them. According to a palace historian after the girl was seated "clamps would automatically spring up to hold arms and spread her legs apart, while the mechanized cushion would place her body in the right position to receive the royal favor.

Interesting note on the "shot in the heart" duel.

Apparently, waiting for your opponent to fire first was considered a bitch move because if his snap shot didn't do the job you could just calmly line up your sights and murder the sob.

But Jackson gave no fucks because corpses don't talk shit.

> Because he was largely uneducated, his business sense was considered peculiar. He was inspired to send warming pans (used to heat sheets in the cold New England winters) for sale to the West Indies, a tropical area. His captain sold them as ladles for the local molasses industry and made a good profit. Next, Dexter sent wool mittens to the same place, where Asian merchants bought them for export to Siberia.

>People jokingly told him to "ship coal to Newcastle". He did so during a miners' strike at the time, and his cargo was sold at a premium. At another time, practical jokers told him he could make money shipping gloves to the South Sea Islands. His ships arrived there in time to sell the gloves to Portuguese boats on their way to China.

>He exported Bibles to the East Indies and stray cats to Caribbean islands and again made a profit; eastern missionaries were in need of the Bibles and the Caribbean welcomed a solution to rat infestation. He also hoarded whalebone by mistake, but ended up selling them profitably as a support material for corsets.
>>
>>442029
>His relationships with his wife, daughter, and son also suffered. This became evident when he started telling visitors that his wife had died (despite the fact that she was still alive) and that the woman who frequented the building was simply her ghost.

Does it have to be historical figures?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Salvador

Here is a selection of his antics
>In 1989 he was moved to Long Lartin, and settled in well at the prison until he "went over the edge" and ran riot in the nude, clutching onto a spear he fashioned out of a broken bottle and a broom handle.
>On remand in Woodhill he took a civilian librarian hostage, and demanded an inflatable doll, a helicopter and a cup of tea from police negotiators.[78] He released the hostage after being disgusted when he broke wind in front of him.
And perhaps best of all
>Five months later an Iraqi hijacker bumped into him in the canteen and did not apologise.[93] After a long period of brooding he then took two Iraqi hijackers, along with another inmate named Jason Greasley, hostage in a cell.[94] By his own admission he was "losing it badly" and ranted about his dead father, saying that any "funny business" would result in him "snapping necks".[95] He sang and laughed and forced the Iraqis to tickle his feet and call him 'General'.[95] He demanded a plane to take him to Libya, two Uzi sub-machine guns, 5,000 rounds of ammunition, and an axe.[95] He released Greasley, but began chanting "I want ice cream".[96] He felt guilty after hitting one of the hostages with a metal tray and therefore insisted the same hostage hit him over the head four times so as to call it 'quits'
>>
>>445603
Oh, and most recently he went on a rampage after seeing the results of a soccer game. During it, he slipped out of his cell naked and greased with butter, fighting the 12 prison guards until they were finally able to restrain him. This all at the ripe old age of 61.

This fucker here
In 1171 Byzantium arrests all venetian citizens in the empire, including him, because it's assblasted venice won't suck its dick
It's said he lost his vision while either escaping or arguing with the emperor (he's around 65 years old at this time)
Massacre of latins happens and he's sent as ambassador
He's elected Doge, goes to war for Zara but loses

Crusade happens, it's supposed to start from venice, knights get there but they don't have the money for a ride, so he asks them for help to get Zara as a payment.
They accept and siege the christian city, pope excommunicates all of them, but then removes it for the non-venetians
While there, deposed prince of constantinople shows up and asks for help to get back the throne, crusaders go "fuck it" and accept
This guy now past 90 years of age leads the troops and sacks the city (reminder he can't see shit)
The ebin latin empire is formed but the b*lgarians take advantage of the war and rek it, Byzantium takes back constantinople
He dies when 98 years old

He was nutty and horrible, but not nearly as is often portrayed.
