The answer is totally speculative because "opponents defeated" is a terribly poor and ambiguous metric to decide 'the best fighter in history'.
If history has taught us anything it's that metal has triumphed over flesh and being strong and courageous counts for very little in an age where you can be blown to pieces by unmanned aircraft, or obliterated by a missile shot from halfway around the world, or ripped to shreds by a hail of bullets, or castrated by landmines.
It doesn't matter if you're david or goliath in the industrial age.
