is logic an illusion?
I'm not sure I know what "illusion" means in this context, since logic is abstract. Is the Fibonacci sequence an illusion?

No, you dumbass.
>>332582
It's pretty much as close to the opposite of illusion as you can come.
>>332829
Sure, but that doesn't mean it is false, just that it might be false
>>332829
That's true. Garbage in, garbage out. By definition, though, true premises give you a true conclusion, with sound logic. As far as how you can be absolutely certain your logic is sound, that gets into some wild rabbit-holes of skepticism, but it generally seems pretty self-evident.
>>332829
Then the fault of logic is on people for not using properly.
>>332829
Logic doesn't lie though. It just tells you what follows if your premises are true.
>>332582
No but logic alone can't tell us any more than "I think therefore I am". Logic is a tool and depends on the assumptions you plug into it.

Well, if you find out that a certain outcome is illogical it only means that you dont know enough
