Do animals have souls? Do animals have an afterlife? Does all life (including germs, etc)? If so, how are they judged? If not, what makes us so special?
What do you mean by soul? There are many meanings to that word.

Orthodox says they have souls a lot of Orthodox think they have immortal souls. Animals can't sin in Orthodox because they can't comprehend the concept, so they aren't judged.

In a Christian sense, no. They do not.
In an Aristotelian sense they do, however.
