Some other guy takes Hitler's place. A person like Hitler was inevitable in the clusterfuck that was Weimar Germany.
As for Stalin dying. Trotsky simply takes over. Lenin never wanted Stalin as a successor. The soviets would probably be better off under Trotsky since he wasn't a paranoid megalomaniac.
Not much changes really. At most it is the communists who take over in Germany and not the nazis. Maybe Germany would become part of the Soviet Union. And maybe then nationalism wouldn't be branded as evil in modern society.
Trotsky takes over, doesn't have to fight against such a powerful Germany, full communism in Europe and Asia is achieved. By the 1980s man establishes his first colonies on the moon. By the 2000s we've landed on Mars. Afghanistan and Iran are considered progressive first world countries. Gadaffi is still in power. The world is more or less united as a brotherhood of men.
