No. Become a dominant power in the Eurasian landmass, to be sure, but they had no long distance ability to project force, especially over the water. It's doubtful they could even knock England out, let alone the U.S.

Also remember the US had the atom bomb before the Soviets. If the Axis persisted despite this, they would've been nuked to hell. No mutually assured destruction there.

Not really. Unless the Axis somehow manages to take Britain, which is doubtful even with Soviet help, the US can just fly from Britain to Berlin and drop their bombs quite easily.

Through the combined German-Soviet airforce? Not going to be easy at all. You've got a lot of Laggs and 109s and 190s to dodge.

They kept chugging along after an enormous strategic bombing campaign that destroyed over half the buildings in pretty much every city in Germany. Hell, it barely affected their munitions production. Document 72 posits a 3 nuke production a month when the program really got going. That's going to do less damage than the regular strat bombing campaign did historically even if you can deliver them all.
Do you really think a maybe 80% increase in the bombing war, against a Germany that now has support from the massive USSR and no risk of ground invasion is going to throw in the towel? I don't.
