The clothes would look pretty alien for 1800. Nothing much to do with them. Just drop them off at a shipyard or workshop somewhere so they can use the fabric for something practical. I guess the raincoat and survival accessories could be used by explorers somewhere, but in 1800 all the important spots have been discovered already.
