Basically revisionist stuff, which I would define as "major statements contrasting wit known history that are not backed up with verified, sourced historical fact" should not be allowed. Psuedo-science is well known, we have psuedo-history as well and should not allow it.

What would be cool is if we had a special function on this board for posting citatation links, say as footnotes which do not add to text limit (only a limited number of cites though, say ten max). /sci/ could use this too in order to encourage legit scientific discussion.

Making a judgement call about what someones motive is for saying something before you even read what they've said just because of what country they're living in definitely has a big impact on conversations.
