Now that the dust has settled, can we safely say that secularism was a failure?
>>
No.
In fact, we need even MORE secularism!
Fire the anti-church ray!
>>
Nigga what? Secular States are objectively the best nations in the world.

The middle east, Africa, and south America are the least secular and what a surprise those are all the shit holes in the world.
>>
Compare the secular and non-secular states. Tell me which one are the shitholes

Same issue with capitalism.

Invent something good, people don't like it because muh feels, those people come in and start adding incompatible elements, when the incompatibility causes strife they then complain that the original good thing was never good because it didn't accommodate their extremely contrasting ideology based on feels.

This is how Marxists "prove" capitalism is wrong.
This is how Islamists "prove" secular society is wrong.
This is how sociologists "prove" science is wrong.

Never seen this from real sociologists desu.

The church is the first secularist institution since it divided the priestly role from the role of the king.

Statistical manipulation and arguments that science is oppressive, or that peer reviewed studies can be oppressive. This is a most common rebuttal to analysing racial effects on crime or education, or analysing the effects of single parenthood or homosexual parenthood on children.

Basically their idea that science should be used strictly to promote an agender, in this case a delusion of equality, is completely incompatible with science itself. Science is an objective search for the truth via established or current methods.

The only difference is that one produces insanity within a society that has a weaker infrastructure.
>>
Secular societies are so drunk on pride and arrogance that they kill themselves through morbid liberalism. People would rather bury their heads in the sand than address the problem. The ultimate sheep to take advantage of, because they're oblivious to corruption and willfully ignore it. The derogatory example of what it is to be a sheep.

Which makes sense because when you refuse to draw a line in the sand, you're basically open to the potential of losing your equilibrium in terms of knowing up from down. Degeneracy is the fate of this type of society.

Now is there even a "church state" on the planet that that thoroughly exercises God's will?

Early Christians went to their deaths rather then sprinkle incense at the feet of an emperor's statue. Nothing more, they were foolish. They believed they had the only correct way and were inflexible.

When you have a belief that says "this is the only correct belief", invest that belief with that faulty idea it is the source of morality, and mix it with authority over people's lives it's going to be bad.

Yes, at least when you take it to the level that France has
