Probably a devil, werewolf, or dragon.

Probably dragons. They seem to be everywhere and it's quite logical stories of them in any form gets well spread due to findings of dragon bones.
Quite a bit off topic, but now that we are talking about dragons, are there any historical accounts of people with the vore fetich?

Theoretically - Dragons.

In essence, Angels. All kind of them. And not confused with Shedim-Demons-Genies.

I don't think there is any single culture in the world which didn't had some kind of a Dragon, American aside maybe? Their creatures looked more like Leviathans.

There is no single creature which had more varieties than Angels. I don't think there is any single human who can say all of their names, being more than over 9000 named individuals. Yet you heard mostly of 4.

As a thing, the Angels have appeared in the beliefs known as Abrahamic, Aryan and Gnostic generally, likely too derived from Semito-Hamitic protective spirits, the intermediaries between gods and human or gods themselves.

They were revered as deities, or in the henotheist system (Abraham), but their names bore "el" - Name of the prime source, the creator they were only servants of.

On the Aryan take they were called Ahuras/Devis or Daevas/Asuras, their allignment sort of switched. On the Gnostic grounds they were called Aeons and Archons, one being emanation and the other manifestation of it, not the opposites or opponents as it's sold today. There would be no Yaltabaoth without Aariel.

On the Abrahamic grounds the Malachim, Angeli or Angeloi, the other names being derivatives of those. Even the Arabic Malakeem being import from Hebrew.
Servants of the divine will, they're merely executes of its power and plan of the redemption.
Most stuff Ein Sof Aur-YHVH was blamed for, can be blamed rather on its agents or those fallen spreading the disinfo shill bluebull. G-d didn't manifest himself in the physical realm in any form whatsoever till the Messianic times, it was said anyone who have seen its face would die instantly, be removed from it anyway. The Triune is rather like Earthly Yeshu.

>fictional

dragons, you see them in at least some variation all across the world, even in regions with no mutual contact with other people-groups.

>reality
disease.

Back during the hey day of Cholera outbreaks and the spread of smallpox, entire nations would be brought down to their knees over the amount of death, so much so that people personified cholera itself a sentient force, a monster that killed indiscriminately.
