Don't most people technically agree, in a tacit way? After all, given the exact same conditions, would we not still make the same decisions? We could say we wouldn't *now*, but only because we have the results of our past actions. So the problem hinders on whether you believe the past to be a different, separat thing from the present, or not, doesn't it?
