How would the 20th century have changed?

Let's check climatic map.

The natural barrier that separates Africa from the wrold is no more
Extinction of the human race ensues

The planet would not be that warm

At the start of the 20th century there were more people living in europe than the entirety of Africa. Their population explosion only happened as water efficient crops and western aid were gifted to them.

India starts to use interior toilets.

Assuming by 'miraculous' you also mean avoiding any natural disasters that would come with tectonic and climate shifts, we'd for one thing be a whole lot closer.

Apparently Tibet would be free.

It'd be a hell of a lot easier to send the Black people back, just like Lincoln wanted

There would be a massive famine as climates suddenly change and in most places a year's crop is destroyed and in many places livestock die in droves. Different groups would go to war to capture/defend stored food and livestock. Only a few lucky areas would withstand the chaos with economies intact.

Technology would likely be set back about 50 years due to abandoned or destroyed infrastructure and disrupted trade routes, though they would still have text books and things they could use while rebuilding.

Many in China and South East Asia would see temperatures plummet, though many refugees might make it to the now temperate Russia.

The Arctic Ocean would start to resemble the Mediterranean.

Europe would likely become a desert though Italy and the balkans might get some rainfall and end up like the Caribbean.

Usa, Mexico and the Saharra desert would get tropical rainforest and savannah.

ex-eastern (now southern) Australia would freeze, but ex-western Australia would see an improvement in Climate.

Tibet, India and South America wouldn't experience too many problems besides some crops failing, India's population would probably pour into the now temperate Antarctica

Can you provide us with a source that says that global climate is a direct result of positions of the continents?
>>

This is fucking stupid by spades.

During the days of Pangea, many countries - island ones in particular, were underwater.
