Why is the political system of Roman Republic so complex ?
Can someone explain it in a more simple way ? How did it work ?

No it really can't be simplified it was really a mess and changed alot. That isn't even considering that by the late republic what the law said was often very different than reality. Hell even the emporers were really treated as such until the end of the third century. It really was a mess.

Do Centurial Assembly and Tribal Assembly equivalent to House of Representatives and Senate in our modern time ?

There was nothing complex. There were democratic bodies (assemblies), which in turn determined the monarchical bodies (the magistracies), whose principal dictated the composition of the aristocratic body (the Senate).
The assemblies contained the popular representation, the prerogative to vote, legislation and consultation. The magistracies dealt with the administration, state defense, and in the case of praetors, justice. The Senate was the first and last guard of the institutions of the republic, as an advisory body, mediator between its institutions and as a court of conflict resolution.
It could not be simpler.
